Curly Kale
Curly kale, scientifically known as Brassica oleracea var. sabellica, is a type of leafy green vegetable that belongs to the cabbage family (Brassicaceae). It is a cultivar of kale distinguished by its curly, frilly leaves and a dark green to purple color.
